Use Flow to bring Posts on Twitter

To get our readers informed about new entries on our homepage via Twitter, we have decided to add a Microsoft Flow which takes the added articles from the RSS feed of our website www.startwithteams.com and posts links to new articles as tweets in Twitter. This automation saves time as there is no more need to log on to Twitter and a source of possible errors of pasting the wrong link to a tweet will be avoided.

This connector can be used to keep track of the posts of an existing Twitter account or see all posts containing one special hashtag. Spacebot for Microsoft Teams

Today I checked out ‘Spacebot’. As many other apps this bot was first developed for Slack by Michael Holtzman and is now available for Microsoft Teams. The bot uses the service ‘Astronomy Picture of the Day‘ (apod) of the NASA. It’s one of NASA’s most popular websites: “Each day a different image or photograph of our fascinating universe is featured, along with a brief explanation written by a professional astronomer.”

Discover Apps gallery (Delevoper Preview)

With the Public Developer Preview as of August 25, 2017, a new gallery to discover apps is available. Before you can use this feature, you need to switch to the ‘Developer preview”. Please read this post how you can do it. After switching you will see a new icon ‘Get apps” in the left pane.
The gallery provides a listing of all apps available in Microsoft Teams. It includes bots, tabs, connectors and compose extensions.
